The summer staff is a vital role at Camp Kateri. We are the community in which the kids who attend the camp are invited into. We must be a faith filled, joyful, and coherent team that radiates the love of Christ and the spirit of adventure to the youth we are entrusted with. You will be asked to sacrifice your time, talents, and comforts for the greater glory of His kingdom, and we are so excited you are applying to join us! 

 

This year we have two big changes to the Summer Staff!

First, we will not be using electronics/phones during staff training and while camps are in session. Our goal is to dive into the distance away from the world and be surrounded by community and the beauty of creation so we may be more present to the campers and counselors. 

 

Second, we will be hosting 1 male and 1 female high school camp! So YOU get to have the chance to be a counselor and pour into these kids directly. We hope you are up for it and we are so excited to develop the new program!!
